Immigration
Our Immigration team houses the specialist skills to manage the obtention of work permits, including those for posted workers, residence permits (including residence on grounds of significant public interest), training permits, and family reunification. We also advise on permit changes in the event of a change of circumstances, as well as on exceptionally serious individual cases. We can assist our clients with the registration procedure for short-term gainful employment, including obtaining or renouncing Swiss nationality, with services also provided for certain foreign nationalities.
