Seminar on électronic signatures

On September 13 (in Zurich) and 18 (in Geneva), Antoine Amiguet and Philipp Fischer presented the rules applicable to electronic signature at a seminar organized by the AFBS Association of Foreign Banks in Switzerland for its members. In this context, practical questions relating in particular to the onboarding of new clients by banks were discussed. Many thanks to the organizers!
