Roundtable discussion on Data Protection

On October 7, 2025, OBERSON ABELS SA hosted the 9th edition of our seminar on Data Protection, welcoming Aude Gérard (Data Protection Officer, International Olympic Committee – IOC) and Cyril Pierre-Beausse (attorney-at-law, /c law Luxembourg), who spoke alongside our partner Antoine Amiguet. The roundtable was moderated by our partner Pierre-Marie Glauser.

The roundtable explored the current challenges of Artificial Intelligence and its practical impacts in particular on financial institutions, covering governance, accountability, risk management and implementation.
