Regulatory developments in the field of artificial intelligence: two days after the adoption of the EU AI Act (https://www.consilium.europa.eu/en/press/press-releases/2024/05/21/artificial-intelligence-ai-act-council-gives-final-green-light-to-the-first-worldwide-rules-on-ai/https://lnkd.in/d3933wu8), Philipp Fischer presented this topic at a seminar organized by the Association of Bank Information Security Officers. No doubt that the discussions on this topic are not over – in particular in view of the publication of the Swiss regulatory approach later this year !
