Back to University: Philipp Fischer was invited to a commercial law class of Prof. Damiano Canapa. Students of the Université de Lausanne Faculty of Law took actively part in a case study involving a Swiss general partnership (“société en nom collectif”), as well as in a discussion of certain customary clauses in shareholders’ agreements.
