AI-assisted negotiation – how can we leverage on technological to optimize contract negotiation and review processes? What a fascinating afternoon of exchanges with the participants of the CAS in Law and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Neuchâtel around two live exercises pitting AI-assisted negotiators against pen-and-pencil colleagues. These two cases provided valuable insights into the manner in which technology can improve the quality and speed of the legal services rendered in the context of contract negotiation.
Absolutely fantastic to collaborate on this with Christoph Müller and Scott Greinig.
Many thanks also to Prof. Florence Guillaume and Jonathan Bory for your trust and congratulations on the launch of this promising program!
