We are pleased to announce that Sonia De la Fuente will become Counsel as of July 1, 2022.

Sonia De la Fuente holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (UNIGE, 2006) and a Master’s degree in international and European Law (UNIGE, 2008). She was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2010.

Following her legal internship, she joined ABELS Avocats as an associate in 2011, and then OBERSON ABELS SA in February 2016. After obtaining an LL.M. from Columbia Law School (New York) in 2019 and working as legal counsel to the ICRC in Geneva, Sonia De la Fuente returned to OBERSON ABELS SA in November 2020.

Sonia De la Fuente practices in the field of business law with a specialization in the areas of banking and finance law as well as sustainable finance.
