In its January 2024 Legal Update, OBERSON ABELS SA summarizes a General Terms and Conditions clause in a B2B transaction.

A clause in the General Terms and Conditions of a “B2B” IT contract giving the client company 30 days in which to dispute an invoice is subject to the “unusual rule” (and declared invalid) because the client company was not an expert in the field. The same applies to a clause providing for lump-sum compensation in the event of termination by the customer.
