Legal Update February 2024

On January 31, 2024, the Federal Council adopted a revision of the Collective Investment Schemes Ordinance (CISO) concerning the Limited Qualified Investor Fund (L-QIF1). This revision follows the introduction of this new type of collective investment scheme into the Federal Act on Collective Investment Schemes (CISA) by Parliament on December 17, 2021. The revision will come into force on March 1, 2024.
