FULL-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are looking for a

FULL-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

for our Lausanne office, who will be responsible for providing secretarial support to several lawyers in the firm.

This position requires strong organizational skills, precision, flexibility, and a high degree of discretion.

 

Main tasks :

➢ Typing and formatting various types of documents, including the preparation of legal documents and lists of exhibits (FR-ENG);
➢ Performing general secretarial tasks (FR-ENG);
➢ Providing reception support and handling incoming mail on an ad hoc basis (in the absence of the main receptionist);
➢ Manage the diaries and email accounts of certain lawyers;
➢ Create, monitor, file, and archive files;
➢ Regularly update file data;
➢ Help organize certain events for the firm.

 

Required profile :

➢ CFC (Federal Certificate of Proficiency) in business administration or equivalent training, supplemented by at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position within a law firm involved in legal proceedings or a judicial or administrative authority;
➢ Dynamic individual with a sense of priorities, demonstrating autonomy and initiative;
➢ Native French speaker with proven writing skills and excellent knowledge of English (written/spoken);
➢ Fluency in German is an asset;
➢ Proficiency in standard computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
