On Tuesday May 28, 2024, OBERSON ABELS organized its 8th Data Protection Seminar, in its new office space in Pont-Rouge (Geneva). This year’s edition was focused on cybersecurity.

We were honored to welcome Prof. Jean-Pierre Hubaux of the EPFL (academic director of the Center for Digital Trust, https://c4dt.epfl.ch/) who made a fascinating presentation on data security in the age of artificial intelligence. Joël Pahud, Marine Largant, and Claire Tistounet presented some of our Firm’s recent experiences in data protection and cybersecurity. Finally, our friend and colleague Cyril Pierre-Beausse of the Luxembourg law firm /c law (https://fr.claw.lu/) provided some insights on the new European regulations on cybersecurity and governance.

Many thanks to all the participants for their presence and for the lively Q&A session that followed. Replay and documentation available on request: event@obersonabels.com.
