Thank you to our panellists and all participants who joined us at Building Bridges 2025!

Our session ‘Corporate Social Responsibility Regulations: From Legal Compliance to True Transformation’ organised by Antoine Amiguet and Sonia De la Fuente brought together perspectives from finance, law, industry and academia.

The discussion provided an in-depth exploration of the challenges and opportunities inherent in current CSR regulation, while identifying key factors to capitalise on. It highlighted how CSR regulations in Switzerland and the EU could go beyond mere compliance to become catalysts for meaningful and sustainable change.
