On September 21, 2026, OBERSON ABELS SA hosted the 10th edition of our annual Data Protection Seminar, welcoming Theodora Passamonti (Data Protection Officer, Banque Pictet & Cie SA) and Cyril Pierre-Beausse (attorney-at-law, /c law), who spoke alongside our partner Antoine Amiguet. The roundtable was moderated by our partner Xavier Oberson.

The roundtable explored the practical challenges faced by data controllers and data protection officers in a regulatory and technological environment that continues to evolve rapidly.
