On Monday 27 October, our associates, Emily Meller and Alexandra Pillonel, had the pleasure of hosting the Vaud Chamber of Real Estate (CVI) seminar on the latest developments in property taxation. They had the opportunity to discuss with participants the new tax issues related to the abolition of rental value, as well as various VAT topics, highlighting key points to consider during VAT audits and recent developments in case law.
