New arrival

OBERSON ABELS SA is pleased to announce the arrival of Vanessa Déglise as Counsel with effect from 1 May 2024. Vanessa Déglise will be based in our Lausanne office.

Vanessa Déglise holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Fribourg and was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2011. After obtaining an LL.M from Columbia Law School (New York) in 2015, she joined OBERSON ABELS SA as an associate from 2016 to 2021.

She continued her academic career and obtained her Federal Certificate of Specialist in Social Insurance in 2021. She then spent two years working for an international insurance and occupational benefits consultancy.

Vanessa Déglise also has solid experience in commercial law (contract law, company law and M&A).

Her return to OBERSON ABELS SA will strengthen our commercial law team, particularly in the areas of social insurance, occupational pensions and labour law.
