A 50% ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
required to be present every morning
who will be responsible for manning the reception desk at the Lausanne office every morning and supporting the administrative team in various tasks related to the secretariat in order to ensure continuity and quality of service.
This position requires excellent priority management skills, a keen sense of organization and precision, and a methodical approach to work.
Main tasks:
➢ Greeting clients in person and on the phone;
➢ Managing all incoming mail;
➢ Preparing conference rooms and providing logistical support during videoconference meetings;
➢ Helping to prepare one-off events and organizing lunches;
➢ Proofreading and formatting documents;
➢ Compiling, tracking, and archiving files.
Required profile:
❖ CFC (Federal Certificate of Proficiency) in business administration or equivalent training, supplemented by at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position within a law firm or administrative or judicial authority;
❖ Dynamic individual with a sense of priorities, demonstrating autonomy and initiative;
❖ Native French speaker with proven writing skills and good knowledge of English (written/spoken);
❖ Fluency in German is an asset;
❖ Proficiency in standard computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Start date: March 1, 2026, or to be agreed upon
Work location: Lausanne
Workload: 50% – must be present every morning
