The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) treaty on IP, Genetic Resources, and Associated Traditional Knowledge. This was the fascinating topic addressed by Prof. Ruth Okediji (Harvard Law School) during a guest lecture organized on May 14, 2025 by the Faculté de droit – UNIGE.
