Philipp Fischer guest lecturer at the CAS Compliance Financial Services

On February 7, Philipp Fischer was invited as a guest lecturer in the CAS Compliance in Financial Services. Philipp discussed with the participants the practical implications of the “fit and proper test” (in French: “garantie d’une activité irréprochable”) which applies under Swiss financial regulations. In the wake of the demise of Credit Suisse, this topic is currently at the forefront of the public debate with intense discussions around the need to introduce, in Switzerland, a “Senior Managers Regime” based on the UK model.
