On January 21, 2025, OBERSON ABELS SA had the pleasure of organizing, in collaboration with YB Conseils & Solutions Sàrl, a conference dedicated to the nLIPAD. This event provided an opportunity to discuss essential and concrete topics relating to data protection in this new cantonal legal framework.

Philipp Fischer and Claire Tistounet opened the session by presenting the fundamental principles and key points of data protection introduced by the new LIPAD. Livio di Tria and Yvann Barras then provided practical insights, detailing the essential steps for implementing these new provisions within public institutions.
